Well, phase 4 officially starts today for me. I don't even feel like adding sugar & starch back into my diet. Don't miss em at all! Lol!! Do I have to I wonder?

Shockingly, when you omit sugar and gluten from your diet, you tend to not crave them after a while... think of it as like getting over an addiction. It's amazing. I intend to stay sugar and gluten free from now on. I'll have a little here and there when I eat out with friends... but everything made at home from now on is sugar and gluten free... and sticking to a low-carb lifestyle. :)

hey i totally agree after a two week period of not eating that stuff i felt like i had more energy too. i need to get back on eating like that. keep up the good work
