Went a little overboard last night. Darn beer. All well - hitting gym soon.

I made sure to fuel up this morning. Two hard boiled eggs and two small slices of toasted whole wheat french bread with a bit of cheeze whiz.

I found the secret to hard boiled eggs... if you love bacon and don't want the calories.... bacon salt!!! Ohmygosh! Just a little bit though... it IS sodium and not the good kind either.

Waiting for boyfriend to wake up then its off to gym.

Beer... the liquid bread. :) It'll get you every time. One secret blessing of diabetes is that I really can't drink alcohol anymore. Not that I was a big drinker before, but even one glass of wine sends my sugars soaring. I need to start including hard boiled eggs in my diet. Great protein! Have fun at the gym!

I love eggs - could probably eat them three times a day ~ love bacon too and it's worth every bit of the 100 cals for two slices. I get one called 'brown sugar' and it just makes the whole house smell fantastic when it's cooking. I sautee it onions and spinach and peppers... dang, now I'm hungry, LOL
