I'm down a few lbs even though I ate off of Atkins yesterday & toady! Oh well, I start a new challange tomorrow so who cares. I was a little stressed yesterday; I could've eaten alot worse!
I am still worries...my middle brother, Dan, is lives Vermillion parish-Abbeville, La. I live north central La- Monroe; He has evacuated to Gonzales, La to his girlfriends moms house. But, thats still in the path of Hurricaine Gustav! I am so frustrated because he insists that he'll be fine but the storm surge is going to pound them! I realize that all I can do is pray for their safety still they are being so STUBBORN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
