As long as I stay @ 20 carbs or less, is it okay for me to have like: low carb tortillas, low carb bread???in small amounts of course..like 1 a day?

Which phase are you on? Actually, if I remember correctly (did Atkins years ago) no to all bread products but maybe they changed it?

If you are doing "induction" then no. Some people find that bread (even the low-carb kind) stalls them. If you lose weight anyway and you are getting enough veggies in, a piece of low carb bread or tortilla isn't going to hurt you. Good luck! In response to mrsjohnson0317, they haven't changed induction, it is still NO BREAD! :) You can introduce it in OWL Phase, though. Induction is only two weeks.

The new Atkins website explains Induction REALLY well. Following it exactly really does pay off. You cannot believe how good you will feel after the first week!!!
