The low calorie diet is not working for me. I have to cut down my sugar and carb intake if I want to lose weight. The low calorie diet which focuses only on calorie intake is causing me to crave sugar and binge eat. Tomorrow I am going back on the atkins diet which works much better for me. I have tried this diet (Low Calorie) since April 1 2013 and it is not helping in my weightloss.
