Rage Walking. The usual story - men lose faster. Husband has lost almost 20 lbs and I'm dicking around at 8. Can't break the plateau. I am SO happy for him, but know I need to add activity to move the needle. F*k! I hate this. It's cloudy, cold & misty and suits my mood! 1.85 miles / 40 min.
