Looking at my progress I see I have been losing a pound a week since New Year's. Got my bodyfat scale working and find I am at 32.7% BF according to the scale. Let me tell you, I have not really been following the original plan, but with a new month coming up I am going to see if I can stick to it and lose the 6 pounds in 2 weeks as suggested in the book. Mathematically that would mean eating zero calories per day so I don't think I am going to get the 6 pounds! Unless some of it is water weight. Still unpacking from my move. Also coming down with a cold I think. Working overtime as well. So much going on!
