Ended up having company over last night and I got into the naughty foods. I didnt go over too badly on my calories at least.
Went back to the gym for the first time in a couple of years. Did 40 minuted of cardio and 30 minutes or so of core strength. Gonna be sore tomorrow lol.
I skipped breakfast (bad me!!) So I grabbed a 6 inch pesto turkey sub from Subway for lunch.
Buffet tonight. All the veggies available were coated with cheeses, sauces and other fatty things. So skipped. All protein day.
Stuffed and satisfied. Boyfriend wants ice cream gonna see if there is frozen yogurt.
