Last day of summer break - kids back to school tomorrow. They're outside running around and playing, I managed to get a 3.75 mile run in.
Kind of not looking forward to my 1st restaurant experience since beginning my lifestyle changes. We're heading to a steakhouse for my friend's 40th. I've been looking up calories for different cuts of meat and the values are pretty high! At the same, I don't want to be a downer at dinner either. The menu is online so hubby and I will make our dinner choices before we get to the restaurant.
