Just got home, went for a long walk with a girlfriend of mine. Had a great time talking/walking with her. Didn't even feel like exercise! Now I just have to get into the habit of doing it more often. I am going to try and go every day for at least one walk. I got 2 in today and went for a walk on my break at work. Feeling good! Now it's time for a big class of H2O and then it's time for bed. :)
