Not so sure that my weigh in tomorrow is going to give me the results that I want. I didn't go overboard on my eating, but I ate foods that I know aren't good for me. I was able to walk a little bit every day, so I'm happy that I am making time for at least one walk everyday. I know I shouldn't be discouraged by a bad weigh in, but I'm already down and I haven't even stepped on the scale. But on an up note I have a very healthy meal planned for dinner, looking forward to making/eating it. So we'll see what tomorrow brings. *crosses fingers*
