Lunch earlier was a wrap with ham, egg, spinach, and chickpeas with a little French dressing. Supper was pork roast with root veggies and a little mac and cheese. Only up to about 750 calories total for today, may eat some fruit and nuts later if I feel peckish. Had some family in-laws (MIL and nephew) diss my eating today lol. Actually had them complain I eat too many vegetables and that they would rather be tortured or gassed then eat what I was. It was a wrap and it was loaded with healthy stuff so I was happy with my choices. They did all this digging at me while eating spaghetti, mashed potatoes, corn, and biscuits all at the same time...I'd take my meal any day. Not going to let someone else's attitude mess with my goals or health.
