This week went well. Yesterday ate more than usually & had a few beers at the Company Golf event. At least I got a little exercise since 18 holes (included cart rental).
159.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
