Walked for 20 minutes during breaks at work. Completed slim in six after work. Came home started dinner then exercise.
Plan to get to bed this evening around 9:30 - 10 and up at 6A
Did not do bad on the weekend - with visits from friends and Labor Day BBQ at friends. Did not drink limited sweets and did alot of walking. This evening get back on track with exercise.
