Walked for 20 minutes during breaks at work. Completed slim in six after work. Came home started dinner then exercise.
Plan to get to bed this evening around 9:30 - 10 and up at 6A
Did not do bad on the weekend - with visits from friends and Labor Day BBQ at friends. Did not drink limited sweets and did alot of walking. This evening get back on track with exercise.

Had trouble making work and slim in six go together - but am back to my regular schedule at work next week so should not be an issue - moving forward.
Did good on the food and not drinking.

Well I made it too work at 6A to leave at 8A for appointment back to work at 9:45 these people are killing me. No work out this AM I have not even walked today - get off at 3:30 so I will have time tonight.

Got abs routine complete and extra stretching - feel good today - the middle of the day dragged a little but managed to leave work on time.
Did not get up until 6 so no time for slim in six - did do 100 reps of warm up. Plan to walk today at work for 30 minutes and do abs routine to make up for this morning.
Still plan to leave work at 3:30 today so should have plenty of time to get some extra work in.
