KIM, THIS PIC IS JUST FOR YOU BABE!!! lol (for all the crap you gave me yesterday...)
I had another fun date night with hubby! I just had to get out of the house, dude! I smothered myself in bug spray and sun block for the long haul at work under the scorching sun, but after about 2 hours, I JUST WASN'T FEELING IT!! I threw down the clippers and scissors and tubing, and stakes, and connecters! Then I ripped off my knee pads and threw up the peace sign to the crew and hurried off toward home!
So, first of all, hubby took advantage of my weakness and marched me along with him to a practice set of bowling with HIS coach! I watched for a while, but after the 18th look of consternation from HIS coach, I laced up and grabbed Princess (that's what I call my pink ball!) Of course, HIS coach feels compelled to throw out some UNWANTED UNSOLICITED lecturing about my posture and release and timing and tension and WHATEVER ELSE HE COULD THINK OF! Oh for heaven's sake! I wondered what that ball would look like stuffed up his B#tt!
Here's the thing; my hubby has been bowling PROFESSIONALLY since he was 10 years old! AND me? only 6 years. I could NEVER learn enough from him, but he's also difficult to listen to! I'm stubborn for the most part! (I know it's shocking to hear that I can be STUBBORN!) lol
But Dude! I think there's some cosmic rule about listening to your hubby! NO! It seems they overstep their boundaries as soon as you give them an inch, it turns into a MILE! However, it's hard to keep telling him NO about competing BECAUSE he refuses to go without me! That makes me feel bad! Man! Up until now my attitude has been, "Oh well, then!" But now I'm suffering bouts of guilt!
OK...change of subject (try and keep up!) hee heee!!

I'm not "skeered" BA, lol!!! Good for you, taking another well deserved break. I wonder what the coach would say if he saw ME bowl, rut roh. I know exactly what you're talkin' about. I hate for my husband to "teach" me anything. Makes me inferior or something. PRIDE, it can be a touchy thing sometimes. If you had it before, you can get "it" again, keep practicing, it would make your hubby happy and isn't that supposed to be our goal? He he.
