Had a great weekend! I've become very good at staying on track on the weekends, especially with the boyfriend! Yesterday we went to Moby Dick for lunch, I had the moby salad, which just romaine lettuce, cucumber, tomato, kalamata olives, onions and feta..it comes with a vinegarette dressing. I added their grilled chicken for protein and i was more than satisfied! After that we went to TJMaxx where i spoiled myself with new workout gear :) later in the evening i went to dinner with my parents. They love golden corall and i was a bit nervous about going to a buffet lol but it turned out well, they do have SOME healthy options. I got a little bit of the pot roast, steamed cabbage, collard greens, a salad with no dressing and for dessert some grapes and strawberries. I decided to spoil myself a little bit by having the banana pudding...which my favorite! mmm :) I did go for a run when we got back so It was ok :) Today the boyfriend and I went to Great Falls national park in VA for some hiking and walking. It was the PERFECT day to be out there, not a cloud in the sky! We walked and climbed for about 2 1/2 hours and i felt great! We worked up a nice appetite afterwards so we went to bajaf resh for lunch. I had the baja ensalada with steak and only about 1/3 of the salad dressing that came with it. It was yummy! Overall a great weekend for me and my new found healthy lifestyle!
