Had a great workout this morning on the treadmill and with my weights. I took a peek at the scale today and I am down 2 lbs already ! yipee. Not going to record my weigh in yet.

Well done you. I love my treadmill, best investment i have made in ages. And i don't have to trek off to a gym wasting time..just get on and away i go.
