So not only did my train jump the tracks it completely derailed and I'm not sure but I think it may have blown up. So I've decided to quit with the train and go for something I can control a little better, like an innertube. I could just say my body but that hasn't worked either so since I love the water I want something seaworthy (or at least pool worthy). Me and my innertube are starting fresh today. I hate that it's Monday as I know that can doom me but I will make it through.
I think I had every item of carb laden crap in my house this past weekend. The good part is it's gone (ate it) so I don't have to worry about that anymore. I made a list of what I can have at all of the restaurants we usually go to so I am prepared.
My goals for this first new week is to keep the air in my tube, drink a pool full of water and be aware of what I'm eating. I will also do better about journaling and keeping up with friends here.

I now you'll do great! Vacation and schedule changes mess with all of us now and then. Journaling always keeps me honest and on track. My new moto is write it down and I must do it, keeps me accountable for my actions. Best of luck with your weekly goals, I know you'll reach them!

I think you have some good ideas to keep you on track. I agree about the journalling. It keeps me honest!!! Also, if I know I'm going to have to record something, I think twice about it!!
