Got abs routine complete and extra stretching - feel good today - the middle of the day dragged a little but managed to leave work on time.
Did not get up until 6 so no time for slim in six - did do 100 reps of warm up. Plan to walk today at work for 30 minutes and do abs routine to make up for this morning.
Still plan to leave work at 3:30 today so should have plenty of time to get some extra work in.
