got off track during the holidays. I was down to 135 but started eating bad stuff like meat and dairy. Well of course it came back with a vengeance and I have been fighting to take it off again. It is hard being a vegan when you have a husband who loves meat! I do great at work, my weakness is sitting in front of the tv at night and munching or when I am cooking him dinner. It just smells so good!
I do feel so much better and have much less night sweats when I stick to my diet. It really is pretty easy to do. I usually eat rice and veggies for lunch and have fruit when I get a taste for something. Breakfast is oatmeal with fruit and a kale/bananna smoothie.
