As hoped, day one of my weekly 'fast' (600 calories or less) generated a new low weigh in. Got one more low cal day today and then off for a Navy pal reunion in Houston. No doubt plenty of empty carbs will be guzzled. :)
246.1 lb Lost so far: 78.9 lb.    Still to go: 41.1 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
