Goooood Mornin' Sunshine!!!! Absolutely love seeing that bright yellow ball in the sky. :)
Welp I weighed in this morning, no change from yesterday but I didn't expect any since yesterday was my normal day (eating up to 1800 cals). Which I consumed less than that. :) but I did notice to be a bit bloated today and feeling quite full when I woke up, so in saying this I was not and still not ready for any breakfast, which is fine cause today is one out of my 3 500 calorie days for the week. Took my supplements to make sure I don't loss my energy and actually feeling pretty darn good with the exception of the bloatiness. I'm sure I need to make better choices when it comes to my normal days and not have the bigger meal at dinner, which has more than likely caused the bloating
Today is paperwork day so I'll be sitting a good portion of the day but I make sure to get up about every hour/hour 1/2 to stand, walk around and maybe up and down the stairs a couple times, in fact I will do laundry too so I can kill two birds with one stone when going down stairs. :)
