I am feeling positive about changing my eating habits. I am concerned about tomorrow, Friday. I usually go to happy hour and have a great time but how will I d this and stay focused? any ideas on low cal/drinks with alcohol!!

Patricia, I know exactly what you mean. I take a tube of Lemon lime Crystal lite with me. Then I order a glass of white wine and a big class of water with lemon and lime slices. Add some of the Crystal lite to the water and pour in about 1/5 of the glass of wine. This is will give you 4 or 5 drinks! If you are real lucky the bar may have diet tonic water that will give it a bit of a zing.

I would recommend any white spirits, such as gin or vodka. Have these with a diet tonic. The darker the drink, the more calories it has. I would also suggest a white wine spritzer with soda water. Fewer calories than lemonade or a full glass of wine and very refreshing!
