Morning! I'm at work early today b/c I have class at 4 PM. Ugh! And then I don't have my other class til 7:30 so it's going to be a looooong day. At least I will have time to eat dinner before going into Mr. Don't Eat in My Class' room. And in a way I built in some study time, which is good b/c it will force me to stay on top of that class.

Could it be that tracking calories is what's going to work for me??? But it seems so simple! I'm down another half pound today. I'm not going to record again until tomorrow though.

I quit WW online. It's only $18/ month, but I'm in a "wedding" timeframe now. It's 14 months away, so over that time that $18 each month will add up to $250. That will cover 2 of the kids' passports right there. Plus I spend way more time on this (free) site anyways. :)

I still have that $78! Each day it gets a little easier.

Christina ... yes ... tracking your calories works. It is just too easy to underestimate what we are eating otherwise, especially for those of us who LOVE to eat!! LOL!!! You sound good ... I'm happy for you!!!

Great job on being down:))))) acking calories does work- even on WW, southbeach, atkins ( though I know you dont have to)- if you add em all up- you are usually in the same ball park. weird. I used to go to WW meetings, those were helpful at the time, but I would get so wrapped up in counting pts and pushing things down to be 1 pt- it was obsessive! Though I must admit, I still count pts as a reference. That will save you a lot of money- you are right. You said Kids, passports..... your kids?????

Lol... no not my kids haha. My niece and nephew. We are helping some of our family with less financial means to get to the Bahamas for our wedding. :)
