Maybe this. Focus T25 is a DVD workout series from Shaun T, the trainer who created the Insanity video workout series. His T25 program is an intense full-body routine, similar to Insanity or P90X.

WOW! Sounds like an intense exercise program! When I start to LOVE exercise, maybe I'll begin doing something like that. For now, just walking is a major accomplishment, and I'm going to start doing my PT at home again.

the program is for Monday through Saturday.. This will be awesome, Ashley. Your body is going to love you for what you do there. I put a lot of time into fitness, and sometimes wonder why I do that, am I obsessive, etc., but you know what, at the end of the day, I feel fantastic, my body loves it, and it is major player in the weight management game. Carry on. Have a great 2020.

Thank you friends. Yes rga, I’ve done it once before and loved the way I felt! However my eating habits were not under control and I had hadn’t found a WOE that worked for me, so I didn’t have results. Now that I know what I need to be doing, and am in a better mindset, I’m confident I will have good results this time. Thank you all for all your support! Come Monday, I will update everyone how my first day went😜💪🏼🥰
