Somewhere I picked up some cold germs. Very congested in my chest and my head. Drinking some delicious lady Grey tea with lemon to soothe my throat. Remaining at that 209 pound weight. Eating my seed keto biscuit. yummy
209.2 lb Lost so far: 22.8 lb.    Still to go: 40.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It's so easy to get sick this time of year. That's why I always buy a 3 pack of Nyquil at Costco every fall. Tea always helps me mentally and physically. Hope you feel better.

This is my white guard dog. She is a Lhasa Apso and her name is Lacey. She is 11 years old and she follows me everywhere. The little brown girl is a shitzu maimed Brinley. I call her my attack dog. She is a one-year-old puppy and she loves to jump at everything. They both keep me company everyday. If you mix a Lhasa Apso with a Pekingese you get a shitzu. They are my companion dogs. I love them.
