peeperjj's Journal, 20 December 2019

Woke up starving. Yesterday my watch counted rising in the tractor as exercise. Not sure how accurate that is. Bouncy yes. Used back and abs constantly to stay upright. But an actual workout? Nope. Lots of moving and swaying and bouncing.

At one point it asked if I was on the elliptical. Told it no and do dismiss but it still counted an extra half hour workout over those 2 hours and an extra 200 kcal burn.

The point is that it shows I burned like 1700 when normal is 1400-1500. So I ate for the 1500. Now I’m laying for it with a grumbly tummy. Not gonna eat though. Want to eat my fill at dinner so I’ll watch calories during the day.

Happy Friday!

I love my Apple Watch except for things/days like yesterday when I can’t be sure. Thankfully they don’t happen often.

you can go into your data sources in the health app and delete that info. I've done that when it thought I was walking when I was in someone's car (or something like that).

Kat, mine makes me delete it minute by minute. Not sure why. Takes too long :/.

Hey, even if it wasn't accurate, you were moving!!! :)

Maybe because you told it that it wasn’t exercise so it kept trying? I just know mine goes bonkers occasionally and I either ignore or delete depending on my level of obsession at that moment in time. Once you’re in edit mode, you can swipe delete right to left so it doesn’t take that long.
