Okay June is coming faster than you think! So doing as much sweating as possible. This is this week:
Monday: Zumba 1Hr/Pilates 1Hr DONE Tuesday: Kickboxing 1hr DONE Wednesday: Body-shape Workout 1hr / Zumba 1hr Thursday: Kickboxing 2hrs (two different classes) Friday: Kickboxinbg 1hr Satruday: Intense Body-shape 1hr
Okay I wrote it down, so makes it real!!
Dinner: (all the other meals are planned out) Monday: Turkey sandwich w/serving of cottage cheese and glass of milk Tuesday: Baked Accorn Squash w/meat onions peppers low-fat cheese Wednesday: Fish and steamed veggie Thursday: Spinach Salad w/Chicken Friday: ???????
Weekend.....most likely more baked squash. Hubby is now obssessed w/squash!
Sunday off, and then start again on Monday!!!

I love cooking diced butternut squash in a little butter with some thyme, pepper and salt and eating it with my eggs first thing in the morning. But it tastes good regardless of the time of day. Also the other day I had a cheddar and jalepeno tortilla wrap with smoked turkey, black beans, lettuce, pepperjack cheese and dressed with a little bbq sauce/ranch dressing mix. It was to die for! Most food to me is just fuel but that was so good. I enjoyed every single bite!

Look at you Rubie...I need to catch up with you! Are you breaking up your workouts (Morning/Night)? Also I will take a plate of the Baked Accorn Squash w/meat onions peppers low-fat cheese to go :)

Oh Prissy you are my inspiration!! Alas I can't work out before work and still be here for 6am. (bummer!)

Finding some amazing recipies for all types of squash. I just found one for Twice Baked Spaghetti squash, can't wait to try it!
