Down a little bit but getting back on track with workouts after my huge physical labor muskie week. Been tracking for my challenge.

Yesterday I just danced on Just Dance 3 for almost an hour. Tonight I will be back on the Wii workouts. '

Eggplant parmesan for dinner. About to put in my mom's homemade split-pea soup. I just have to estimate... don't know how to record the "ham bone" and really how much of each ingredient I ate because she just gave me some and I ate maybe 1/2 cup. Ah well. Will try.
145.4 lb Lost so far: 31.9 lb.    Still to go: 0.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
