No weigh-in today, just a couple of NSV's.
I got home last night and found my sister had ordered pizza for her kids. There was almost a whole pizza left, and yes I wanted it. I didn't eat it. I walked right past it and made myself dinner that fit my goals for the week. I don't deny myself foods like pizza, but If I'm going to eat it? It'll be the kind I really like from the pizzeria nearby, not papa john's.
Another positive! I put on a pair of pants that I could barely get on over the summer and they are actually loose! I can pull them down without unbuttoning!
