My grocery mission today consisted of ingredients for Mediterranean dishes. I'm so excited to finally be creating some of the delicious meals I've seen here! My husband (a retired chef) will hold my hand through it all. Although his passion is Indian cuisine, we'll be working together to make dishes from both groups and plan to have cook-offs!
Oh and I took a plunge and bought some Kombucha to try!

There is plenty of overlap between indian and Mediterranean cuisine as there are many vegetarian indian dishes. I am looking forward to seeing the variety of spice mixes you use. Garam masala, and cumin/coriander are two mixes I use often when preparing indian dishes.

Heyyyy FS friends! Thank you SO much for the tips! I know Moo and Keyten are amazing chefs especially when it comes to Mediterranean meals, so I'm confident I can learn a lot here! No doubt I will share photos of finished dishes. I LOVE POSTING photos. Please be patient if I ask questions 😊

Oh and Bella, for years he was the chef at a restaurant in our town called The London Grill. Their focus was Indian cuisine so hence the passion for it. Everything had to be made from scratch. All the yogurts, chutneys, dal, puppodums etc. I didn't even try Indian food until we met. Boy was I missing out!!

One of my questions about Kombucha is that it is to be consumed EVERY day? All day? I find mixed answers and reviews online. Who better to ask than bucha fans here!
