OMG, I threw away the rest of the uneaten Easter candy, I am such a sucker for chocolate...I am so sick of this battle and failure. I should be at my goal weight by now, but no I continue to eat off plan...I will be so faithful for a month or so and then I go on a binge...does this need/want ever go away??? I continue to stay on track with exercise and work through the aches and pains, then I eat the wrong foods??? When am I ever going to learn???

It's a learning process, so celebrate your progress, not perfection. Remember, it looks like you've been able to keep 30-40 pounds off....that's a fantastic accomplishment and you should be proud of that. Pick up some dog food bags next time you're in a grocery store to remind yourself of just how much lighter you are. Move forward, confident that if you could lose that much weight, you've got the strength to face up to whatever comes your way on the road to your goal. Good luck.
