day 5- it was good day drank alot of water..i went with my cousin to the track and he is in amazing shape ne ways..he is now my personal trainer well he push me today to walk a mile in a half.. then when we got home we walked one block and called it a nite.. whew.. im tired..lol... so tomorrow is day 6 i never ever went longer than 5 days on a diet... im so glad i made it today..:)
