Started cabbage soup diet to be supportive of my wife whom needed a kick-start. It knocked 3 pounds off of me in 4 days. Probably mostly water. My body seems to achieve stasis at 165 and 160 is challenging. Also, running a half marathon in May so training for that. I'm only running to run with coworker whom wanted someone to run with. I did a marathon and half marathons before. I don't mind the actual run as I do the training it requires.

Came a long way from being 60 pounds overweight. A journey for sure and hopefully this weight-loss journey is my last.
162.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.5 lb a week

Just make sure your vitamin intake supports you. When I did the cabbage diet I did not watch and got sick. It's a great way to lose quick pounds but it's should not be a life long diet...just my opinion 🙋
