Promised myself no snacking but late last night had 3 skinny cow ice cream cones versus 1. So bad but at the time I found so good. By some miracle my weight was down this morning. Must be how bad I was on the weekend. Let's see how today goes. No ice cream left at home.
166.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
