here goes... I recorded food and weighed in. haven't done that in a year. I'm feeling determined today, but I've felt this way before and fell off the diet wagon. I'm committing to 20 minutes of DVD Jillian Michaels today. Taking the dog to the park now. Thanks, Linda I'm 2 lbs less than Jan. 2012 and FatSecret gave me this message: "You lost 2.0 lb (0.9 %) since you last weighed in on Sunday 08 Jan 12. At that rate it will take you about 557 months to get to your goal weight."
That's more than 46 years! I'm 55. I'm not waiting 46 yrs.
