here goes...
I recorded food and weighed in.
haven't done that in a year.
I'm feeling determined today, but I've felt this way before and fell off the diet wagon. I'm committing to 20 minutes of DVD Jillian Michaels today. Taking the dog to the park now.
I'm 2 lbs less than Jan. 2012 and FatSecret gave me this message:
"You lost 2.0 lb (0.9 %) since you last weighed in on Sunday 08 Jan 12.
At that rate it will take you about 557 months to get to your goal weight."

That's more than 46 years! I'm 55. I'm not waiting 46 yrs.

You can do it. It's great that you have set a goal. Just be determined & don't give in to temptation. Instead of saying you want to be skinny say you want to be healthy. There is a saying that healthy looks better than skinny. That is what has helped me recently. I went on a 36 day juice fast & lost 50 pounds. I am starting another today. This time I am going until my sister gets married on May 19th. That's 51 days. If you can try adding fresh juice into your diet. It gives you so much energy & you feel great plus you are getting healthy & you are losing weight. I have several of friends that have just added fresh juice to their diet & they are losing anywhere from 3-5 pounds a week with 30 minutes of exercise 5 days a week.
