I had a PT test today, wasn't too happy with it. did 56 push ups, my goal was 63 and maxing is like 73. I did 73 sit ups, which is down from last time (77, maxing is 78) but I didn't know the 2 minutes was nearly up. and my 2 mile run was done in 15:48, where passing is 15:54. so I cut it much closer than i liked, and cadre expects better. Not seeing many gains, so its frustrating. My weight loss has been gradual, about a pound a week. The max weight used to be 170 for me (weighed 171 today) but apparently they were measuring me an inch taller the last few pt tests, so now the standard is 165, or 2 more inches of my waist. so I wanna be 164 by the April PT test.
