The candy fan's Journal, 27 March 2013

I am short and this is really hard to carry around I have not gained weight in the bust line but all on the lower half which looks off, today is a low calorie start at 9 am working from home today means I can try to get a mini work out earlier.Blood work shows nothing so its just a even lower calorie diet. Looking at other diets to consider but I have to stick to a variety under 1000 calories as my doctor prescribed. My chubbie bubbies have been helpful but they too have plateaued.

1000 calories a day seems really low and I think I've read that 1200 is the lowest you want to go. Then again, I'm not a Doctor. :) What do you do when you work from home? Maybe you could invest in a standing desk or a medicine ball to sit on? Whatever you decide, good luck!!

Sounds like a plan! Yes it is low mainly because the sneaky sugars, I think the divided healthy plan is key if I exercised a bit harder 1300 was good.Working at home is no worse that being in the office I do miss some of the afternoon walks.
