Day 2. I don't think I want to log my food anymore.:( The fat calories are super high.

Don't worry! Basically you want to cut back on teh cheese and eggs!

don't skip meals, make sure you are getting your snacks in, you should never feel hungry. and yes, but the high fat cheese and change to low fat (not fat free..I call it plastic cheese). SB recommends low fat cheeses AND cut the bacon unless its lean turkey bacon... my hubby likes Jimmy Deans lite turkey sausage. Just a few little tweaks and your fine. Its a learning experience for all of us.

You can also just eat the egg whites instead of the whole eggs to reduce fat but keep the protein.

I think its important to keep using your food diary...it helps to show you what works for you and what doesn't and you can look back to it to figure things out. Looking at your food diary so far, it seems to be more Atkins than SB. Make sure to get your veggies. There really are so many foods out there that you CAN have, you shouldnt feel limited or deprived. Let us know if there's anything we can help you with. Thats what we're here for!

to get in the habit of journaling your food you might want to try the daily plate...it is a little easier to use and when you get the hang of it you can switch to this one

Thanks for the advise...I did realize...2 eggs scrambled doesn't mean 2 CUPS of eggs...WHOOOPS!!! I am going to try the turkey bacon and stop eating the pepperjack!

ahhhh! that's a lot of eggs. i do one egg plus egg whites because i can't eat a white omelette :) i just can't deprive myself that much! it really doesn't taste that different when you mix the egg with the egg whites. all egg whites is pretty gross in my opinion!

I love those vegetable quiche cups to go... only I add a turkey sausage link! quick and easy... cook once and eat 6 times.
