It is hard just make sure you have lots of low carb options to choose from when you get hungry. But it will get much better for me day 3 & 4 are the hardest but after the cravings are gone and the weight starts to come off it makes me feel so good and my energy kicks in. It will get better just stick to it there is light at the end of the tunnel. and it feels AMAZING !!!
