I'm back, gained a lot of weight. Heaviest I've ever been! Ugh, will this nightmare never end?

Techniques I'm going to try to implement:

WATER!!!
FEWER CARBS
DAYTIME FASTING
CHANGE EVENING BAD HABITS
CLEANING MY HOUSE
PAINTING PICS
187.0 lb Lost so far: 6.1 lb.    Still to go: 61.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Belief is everything. I have stopped believing. But today, so far, even with this posting, I'm heading in a better direction. I'm sticking to my WW points, tracking everything. It's good to have feedback from you who know what I'm (We're) going through. :)

Welcome back! I am so glad someone else struggles like I do. Honestly, every time I go on a diet, I gain more weight. Why don't I get it? I am at my heaviest. I will conquer this!
