So I am going to start paying more attention to what I am eating. I have been watching my calories pretty well (except for yesterday at dinner, but I had had a really long stressful day and I am not gonna let that happen again.) I am going to start watching for fat content and try to eat a lot more fresh food and no more packaged food. I know I can do it. My only real challenge is that since I am still living at home while I save up for my own house I dont have the control over my food intake that I would if I were on my own, but I am going to try to stop letting that affect me and start changing out things that are cooked for healthier options. I know I can do it.
