ok day two..feeling great about yesterday. More in control of what I am trying to accomplish. I did get dizzy this morning and chose a lowfat biscotti at starbucks rather than a cupcake. Big accomplishment. Bought all fruit frozen bars as a treat for that after lunch slump. It helps to know that there is a healthy alternative.
