I'm really hankering to see the '50s on my scale. This morning I was 161, but I'm not logging that in until I see if it sticks for a week.
Following advice in the "10 Things You Need To Know" video (http://www.fatsecret.com/Community.aspx?pa=fp&t=39541), I threw a can of Progresso soup in the blender this morning and then nuked the puree. I actually like blended soups much better than watery soups, so this is something I can live with long term if it works...or even if it doesn't.
