Trying to stay at or below 1200 because nothing was happening before. It's the SlimFast that really works well for me. On the days I stuck to SF for bkfst & lunch, I didn't go over 1200, and the 162 I've just recorded is a consistent number over the past several days so I feel good about it being an honest number. I don't mind the weight coming off slowly because I've always heard if it comes off too fast it won't stay off.
162.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I agree, My weight is averaging 1 pound a week which has been of course slower then I had hoped for with all the exercise and keeping my calorie count mostly between 1,200 and 1,500 calories. This is the first time in years I have succeeded with weight loss and it feels comfortable and very good. Towanda!
