Today was my husbands birthday, turned 49. We celebrated and I went over RDI about 350 calories which is not bad. We went to a fall festival in town this afternoon walked around about 3 hours. Seen Aaron Tippin perform. All and all a good day. Urine is still messing up. Been trying to take it easy and take the meds my Urologist gave me. He says I have an overactive bladder, I hope he is right. I only pass 2 tbsp-1/4 cup when I go and I go about every hour.

Happy birthday to your hubby. Sounds like a wonderful day together 😊 I can’t believe you are still having urinary issues 😩 that’s terrible and has been a long time now. I hope you get relief soon. Urinary frequency with little output is not only uncomfortable but exhausting having to keep going to the potty.

Thank you jcmama777. It is very exhausting and worrying. I've been on the meds a month and was seeing some improvement, but Tuesday it started back to like day one :/

😩 stay on the meds and keep reporting your symptoms. It doesn’t hurt to seek a second opinion as well. Good luck hun! I hope you get some relief soon.
