I did 20+ reps on multiple sets/exercises with the 75s.. Leg press can only hold 540 😥

I stick to incline or shoulder presses with them. They are more of an ender after going heavy on smith machine and/or hammer strength machines.

They can hold more than that, you just have to grab them from the nearby smith machines, that's what I do. It can be tough if it's busy.

6 max on each side, they're thicker rubberized weights. I did grab a couple from a Smith machine to max it out 😔

Oh, ours holds 10 on each side. You can throw some more on the back of the sled. Unless your PF isn't cool with that. :P

Watch some videos on YouTube.. There's massive body builders that have gone in and maxed everything out and don't get kicked out or alarm set off...

The employees have to sound the alarm manually. so if you don't do things on purpose over and over they're not going to sound it. You're good as long as you don't start pacing, doing air drums, and throwing dumbbells. 😂

I must go to the most conservative PF in the country. No war screams, grunts or string t shirts happening. When I'm there I see mostly seniors like myself...
