Workout Schedule: 3 times a week 2 hours a day, 11 miles --jogging/walking @4.5MPH for .1 miles --jogging/running @5.7MPH for .9 miles
After a mile it is boring to run on thread mill, but reading some interesting material which keeps me busy. Also need to try on tracks.
