Well, yesterday was not a good day of eating at all. I was not careful and overdid it. I was completely bloated this morning and my weight was up 2 lbs to show for it. The upside is that we did have a nice relaxing day of visiting with old friends. They made homemade Mojitos- they were delish!! Look on Bacardi's website if you are interested. They were made with fresh mint and lime and look so pretty and refreshing too. Yum! So, lots of good food all day long.

The other upside I guess is seeing that weight ticked me off and I know I cannot let myself go back on this slippery slope- well, back up it I guess to a higher weight. I have worked way too hard all spring to go up now. This morning was my last day at work, so I am officially done now! So it will be back at the gym in my usual old schedule this week. I am also recording all points today. Who knows what they would have been yesterday- scary I am sure!

My buddies here have made such good progress that I know it can be done with determination. Must see good results this week! Have a good one everyone.

I am sure that with your return to the gym, your weight chart will start sloping back on down again in no time :) I LOVE mojitos!!! Seagrams makes a premixed mojito that's pretty good. I've got a favorite restaurant downtown that makes fabulous mojitos, too. Perfect summer drink! The weekend will be behind you soon and you can refocus on your journey. You can do it!

i am sure you will see good results soon. i know there is no better motivation that seeing you own chart gown down, but it can also work the other way. seeing it go up may force you to refocus and attain your goal as well! i am glad you are enjoying your weekend and not scared of the mojitos at all! good for you!!!
